These terms govern your use of ProjCap's funding platform and services. We've written them in plain language to ensure clarity and fairness.
Understanding the essential points of our service agreement
Must be 18+, authorized business representative, and meet our qualification criteria
Transparent pricing with no hidden fees. ProjCap Secure at 1.7% is optional but recommended
Accurate information, lawful use, timely payments, and compliance with regulations
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and ProjCap, Inc. ("ProjCap," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, submitting an application, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
ProjCap provides technology-enabled business funding solutions. We do not guarantee approval for any funding request. All funding decisions are subject to our underwriting criteria, which may change at our discretion.
All payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur additional fees.
ACH bank transfers, wire transfers, and other approved methods as specified in your funding agreement.
You may not use ProjCap services for:
Service Availability: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary service disruptions or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
Business Decisions: You acknowledge that business funding involves inherent risks. ProjCap provides capital and tools, but you remain solely responsible for your business decisions and outcomes.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to ProjCap in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. Outstanding obligations remain in effect after termination.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory compliance reasons.
